The Problems You’ll Solve

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer with expertise in Next.js, TypeScript, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), event-driven architectures, and audio/video APIs. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge applications that involve real-time media processing, scalable cloud infrastructure, and high-performance event-driven systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize scalable web applications using Next.js and TypeScript.

  • Build and maintain event-driven architectures leveraging GCP Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, and related services.

  • Integrate and optimize real-time audio and video APIs for seamless media processing and streaming experiences.

  • Optimize performance across the stack, ensuring smooth real-time data processing and low-latency interactions.

  • Develop reusable, efficient, and scalable components, adhering to best practices.

  • Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability on GCP.

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ensure a seamless user experience.

  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.

  • Stay up to date with the latest Next.js, TypeScript, and cloud computing advancements to continuously enhance our platform.

  • Ship code to production multiple times a week.

What We’re Looking For

You will play a key role in designing and developing robust, high-performance solutions that drive our platform's capabilities forward.When applying, please provide links to your GitHub profile, any live projects or web applications you have worked on, and your specific contributions to those projects.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Expertise in Fullstack Development with a strong focus on Next.js and TypeScript.

  • Deep understanding of event-driven architectures, including technologies like Pub/Sub, or similar message queues.

  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud Functions, Spanner, BiqQuery, Cloud Run, and other key services.

  • Strong understanding of real-time media streaming technologies, including WebRTC, HLS, and low-latency audio/video processing.

  • Proficiency in frontend and backend optimization techniques to ensure high performance.

  • Experience with microservices architecture and API design.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

  • Experience with machine learning and AI-driven media processing (a plus).
